Sue has been involved with Endurance for quite some time. She was appointed Chef - d'Equip in 2000 - 2001 and took a team to France and Spain. She has run many rides and is an FEI judge. Sue has crewed her daughter, Beccy on many successful occasions throughout the world.

   
Derek Grantham
Team Vetrinarian
Derek has a practice in Lincolnshire, he has been involved and vetted Endurance rides up to FEI competitions. Derek has been the Team vet since 2002

 
Phill Martin
Team Farrier
Practising farrier in the Cotswolds, covering all disciplines up to top level competition. He has been trained to deal with Endurance horses of all levels, which has included being the U21 team farrier for the last three years.

 
Catherine Dunnett
Nutritionist
Catherine runs a nutritional consultancy business providing independent nutritional advice focussing on sports nutrition, breeding and youngstock and clinical nutrition. On completion of her degree in biological sciences, she spent 7 years at the Animal Health Trust; a leading Equine Research Centre in the UK, where she gained a PhD in Nutrition combined with Exercise Physiology. Before setting up her own consultancy business in 2001, she worked in the commercial sector for many years for a leading UK horse feed manufacturer. Catherine was one of the first equine nutritionists to gain recognition as a registered nutritionist with the British Nutrition Society. Putting theory into practice, Catherine has four horses of her own and is an active endurance rider. For more information www.ien.uk.com

  Beccy Broughton
Sports Massage
Beccy is one of the UK's leading Endurance riders. She has been competing in Endurance riding since the age of 6. Competing Internationally since 1998. She has travelled with the international teams with her mother (Chef d'Equipe Sue Broughton) since 1991. More recently at the Europeans in 2001, WEG 2002, Dubai World Cup 2002 & 2003. Beccy was ranked 36th in the FEI World Rankings in 2002. She runs her own business as a Personal Trainer, Sports Massage Therapist and Nutritional Advisor.

 

Henry Deane
Marketing, PR and Sponsorship
Henry comes to Endurance from the Thoroughbred Racing Industry where he has been practising Marketing and PR with his own company McKinnon Marketing Communications since 1998. He has enjoyed working for some of the leading organisations in the Thoroughbred Industry including Copenhagen Racecourse; Haras du Mezeray in France; the Irish National Stud in Ireland; Three Chimneys Farm and Keeneland in America and Tattersalls in England. He has also representated Denmark at IFAHR. Henry was introduced to Endurance late in life and has ridden at the Red Dragon, the Lindum, Spirit of Sherwood and in Denmark. His company is based in Newmarket where his team develop exposure for their clients through sponsorship, public relations and marketing.
